Who will be eligible?

You may be eligible to participate if your organization purchased repair services for Deere large agricultural equipment from John Deere or an authorized Deere dealer in the United States between January 10, 2018 and the date of preliminary approval. Covered equipment may include large and medium tractors, combines, cotton pickers, cotton strippers, sugarcane harvesters, tillage equipment, seeding equipment, application equipment, and sprayers.
